The UESA announces its annual CONGRESS 2023 to be held on October 26-27, 2023 in online format.

“DEMOCRACY PROMOTION IN EUROPE AND EU ACCESSION OF UKRAINE”

The UESA Congress 2023 will address such issues as:

  • - EU Democratization Policy: Main Features and Trends
  • - Popular Uprisings in the EU Neighbourhood
  • - EU as Geopolitical Actor
    - EU Practices on Democracy Promotion
    -Civil Society and Democracy Promotion: EU Dimension
    - Common Security and Defense Policy of the EU and Global Security Challenges
    - Ukraine’s Accession to the EU
    - Education for Support of Democracy
  • - EU Regional and Cohesion Policies for Sustainable Development of Territories

The UESA Congress 2023 will host UESA Research Academy 2023 aiming to gather young researchers and professionals in the area of EU Studies and European Integration and to offer the platform for shaping the research skills thorugh the mutual experience exchange and discussions. The UESA Congress will host the discussion on non-discrimination and gender equality as well.
